2 14-ounce bags of coleslaw mix
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or 2 tablespoons freshly grated onion)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Step 1 Fill a large bowl with both bags of coleslaw mix.
Step 2 In a smaller bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined.
Step 3 Pour dressing mixture over the coleslaw mix, and stir it to combine.
Step 4 If possible, allow the mixture to sit for about an hour before serving.
