1/2 pound . mild pork sausage
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup uncooked oats
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Topping
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons spicy mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix up meatloaf well. In separate bowl
mix topping for meatloaf. Shape meat into loaf and put in open pan and
bake for 1 1/2 hours. Put topping on meatloaf for last 20 minutes of
cooking.
The recipe may easily be doubled and half frozen for later use.
