Foil Steak Supper

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds chuck steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut in half
3 to 4 potatoes, cut in half
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Method:

Place meat on large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle soup mix over steak.
Cover with vegetables. Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Fold
foil and secure tightly. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 1
1/2 hours, or until done.
