French Bread Pudding With Rum Sauce


3 Beaten Eggs
14 ozs sweetened condensed milk
1 cups hot water
cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups French bread (cubed)
cup raisins
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tbsps rum
2 tnsp heavy cream


Preheat oven to 350
Bread Pudding
In large bowl, combine eggs, condensed milk, water, butter, cinnamon & vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in bread cubes and raisins, moistening completely.
Pour mixture into a parchment lined or buttered 9 x 9, deep-dish pan.
Bake until knife in center comes out clean, 1 hour.
Cool and serve with Rum sauce.
Rum sauce
In a bowl, stir together confectioners sugar, rum and enough cream to make
smooth creamy sauce. Serve over bread pudding.
