Fried Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups of fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup of fresh bacon bits
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
(to taste) salt and pepper

Method:

Place spinach in a fryer basket and deep fry for about 75 seconds. Turn leaves with a fork while cooking. Remove the spinach and drain.
Place spinach in a bowl and toss with lemon juice. Stir in bacon and Parmesan.
Salt and pepper to taste.
