Frozen Cranberry Salad


16 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup thawed frozen orange
juice concentrate (1/2 of 6 ounce can)
1/8 teaspoon salt


Pour cranberry sauce into small bowl. Snip large berries with kitchen shears. In medium bowl, whip the cream with sugar and salt to form soft peaks. Fold in orange juice concentrate, mayonnaise and cranberries. Spoon into foil
muffin pan liners. Chill in freezer until firm. Wrap and
store in freezer.
