Fruitcake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3� cup� cooking oil
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon all spice
Claxton fruitcake, (1 pound size)
Pinch or cup cake in small chunks.
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Method:

In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients to make batter, add fruitcake.� Grease hands and mix dough, roll� into balls about walnut size.

Place onto greased cookie sheets.� Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 325 degree oven� Do not flatten (15 or 20 per sheet..

Yields around 40 cookies.
