Garlic & Onion Cashews

Ingredients:

4 teaspoons onion salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups salted cashews
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

Method:

1Mix onion salt, sugar and garlic powder. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add cashews, seasoning mixture and lemon juice; cook and stir 4-7 minutes or until cashews are toasted.
2Stir in parsley. Drain on paper towels; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
