Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 pork loin chops
kosher salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Method:

1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper.
2 Mix together the butter, rosemary, and garlic in a bowl.
3 Add the oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
4 Set the pork chops in the skillet with the hot oil.
5 Cook the pork for 4 minutes on each side.
6 Place the skillet in the oven, and cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 10 to 12 minutes.
7 Serve with the garlic butter.
