Greek Fish Bake

4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place cod in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Brush with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with green pepper, onion and olives.
2. Pour tomato sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
