Greek Turkey Burger


2 pounds of ground turkey
1/2 cup of plain hummus
1/2 cup of olive tapenade
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 slices of fresh tomato
4 leaves of lettuce
salt and pepper (To Taste)


Combine turkey, hummus, tapenade, feta cheese, and Parmesan cheese with a sprinkling of salt and pepper
Mix by hand to thoroughly combine and make four hamburger patties
Cook in a skillet on medium high heat or on a preheated grill until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees
Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of burger
patty before removing from grill
Place on a burger bun with lettuce and tomato
Recipe serves four.
