1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon honey
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1. Place chiles, buttermilk, mayonnaise, cilantro, honey, hot pepper sauce and black pepper in food processor of blender; cover. Process until smooth.
Serve this over your favorite salad greens for a perfect complement to any Southwestern or Mexican-style meals. Try it on a taco salad!
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
