1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup catchup
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tsp ginger root or we found it in a tube at Walmart
1 ½ tsp garlic
Mix all ingredients together. Place chicken in sauce to marinade over night or at least 4 hours
Grill chicken 4 or 5 minutes on each side
Bring remaining marinade to a boil and cook for three minutes.
It can now be used as a dip for chicken or on cream potatoes.
