Hawaiian Pork Chops

1 slice red onion
1 slice green bell pepper
1 boneless pork chop, 4 ounces.
2 pineapple slices
1 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoons trans-fat free margarine
black pepper to taste


1. Slice red onion and bell pepper into 1/4" thick slices.
2. Trim fat from pork chop. Lay pork chop on square of aluminum foil.
3. Top pork chop with a slice of red onion, bell pepper and two pineapple slices.
4. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce.
5. place margarine on pork chop.
6. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
7. Wrap foil tightly around chop, rolling ends to seal.
8. Cook in 350ºF oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
