HOW DO YOU MAKE HOMEMADE SUGAR CONES?
1. Beat 2 egg whites over medium speed until soft peaks form.
2. Add in 1/2 c. sugar and mix until combined.
3. Add 1/2 c. flour, 4 Tbsp. melted butter, 1 Tbsp. milk, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix just until combined
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; draw two 7-inch circles on paper.
5. Spoon 3 Tbsp. batter into the center of each circle and spread in a thin layer to cover the entire circle.
6. Bake at 400° for 6-7 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
7. Remove from oven; place cone form in the center of the circle and roll the wafer around the cone.
8. Press gently at the seam to seal; place seam-side down to cool. Cones will harden as they cool.
