Juicy Summer Salad

3 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 large peaches, pitted, sliced
1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 ear fresh sweet corn, kernels removed
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
balsamic glaze, optional, for drizzling
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste


1 Place the sliced tomatoes, peaches, grape tomatoes, sweet corn kernels, and red onion on a large plate or platter.
2 Top with the feta cheese and fresh basil.
3 Drizzle the salad with the balsamic glaze.
4 Season it with salt and pepper.
5 Serve immediately.
