Lamb or beef Sliders

For tzatziki:
cup yogurt
tsp. garlic
3 tblsp. grated cucumber
1 tblsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tblsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
tsp. Black pepper
Mix together and set aside.

For burgers:
1 1/3 lb ground lamb or beef
2 tblsp. minced garlic
1 tblsp. toasted fennel seeds, ground (optional)
2 tblsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tblsp. olive oil
8 small rolls, split


Mix together ingredients for burger and form into 8 patties
Cook burgers in cast iron pan for 2 minutes each side.

Toast rolls and place burger and tzatziki on each roll and serve.
