In a large glass jar or container, place 3 tea bags, 8 cups of cold water, a few sprigs of fresh lavender sprigs (leaves and stems included).
Place the sealed container ( seal with plastic wrap ) in full sun for 6 to 8 hours.
Strain tea bags and lavender sprigs and stir in ? cup lime juice and 1/3 cup sugar.. Serve over ice with a fresh sprig of Lavender. Delicious and refreshing!
Kay?s note: you may use black, green or white tea. All are delicious. And be sure to squeeze out the tea bags so you get those healthy anti oxidants!
