Lemon Tartar Sauce )Use with Fish or Seafood)


1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped canned pimiento, optional
1 teaspoon fresh grated Sunkist Lemon peel
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice


In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
