Mandarin Orange Jello Salad

Ingredients:

2 - 3 ounce packages Jello
16 ounces Cottage Cheese
16 ounces whipped topping, such as cool whip (2 small or one large
container)
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple(drained)

Method:

Mix jello (dry) powder with cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Drain
juice from cans of mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Stir into jello
mixture. Chill for a few hours before serving.
