1 (4 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
1/2 cup tiny marshmallows
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Thaw Cool Whip. Drain fruit cocktail. Mix together fruit cocktail, marshmallows, strawberry yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir in Cool Whip. Line muffin pans with cupcake papers. Using ice cream scoop or large spoon, scoop fruit mixture into cupcake papers. Put muffin pan in freezer until salads are firm, about 2 hours. Put lettuce leaf on each salad plate. Remove cupcake paper from salads and place salads on lettuce.
