Contributed By: Terry Borden

3 pound package of ground beef
1 packages of taco seasoning, mild
2 package of chili seasoning 1 hot and 1 mild
1 large sweet onion finely chopped
3 Tbsp. white sugar
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers, (optional)
3 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp ketchup
3/4 cup Tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Make sure to constantly turn the hamburger meat so that it gets evenly browned. Drain the excess grease off and make sure the meat is broken into small pieces, a potato masher is good for this. Add all ingredients to the crock pot and cook on high for three hours stirring every twenty minutes or so and there you have it! Your delicious meat sauce for spicing up your hotdogs!
