Mexican Goulash

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can DRAINED BEANS
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers
1 cup corn
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tblsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumino

Method:

Add macaroni to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Cook
the first 3 ingredients in cast-iron skillet until meat is
brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Addtomatoes, macaroni, and spices. Simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Cook 2 hours or until completely heated. Serves 4.
May be topped with sour cream tortilla chips and/or celantro
