Microwave Potato and Onion Casserole

Ingredients:

3 or 4 lg. potatoes, peel & slice
2 onions, sliced
3 tablespoons Butter
1 & 1/2 cups hot water
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon chopped parsely
1/4 cup cheese

Method:

Layer potatoes & onions in microwavable 2 quart casserole dish.
add hot water & chicken bouillon. mix well
dot with butter.
Cover. Microwave on high for 17 to 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
Uncover, & sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese & 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
Microwave on high 1/2 to 1 minute longer. & Serve
