Moist Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. sausage(Jimmy Dean)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
1 to 2 teaspoons milk

Method:

Mix cheese and Bisquick together.
Mix this mixture with the sausage until all of the Bisquick mixture has been used. Form into a large ball and make a hole in the center.
Add 1 tsp. milk and mix well. If dough is still dry add a little more milk.
Form into balls about the size of your thumb.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
You can place as many balls on the sheet as you can get making sure they are not touching.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F before starting.
When placing balls in oven reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
