No Bake Cashew, Marshmallow, White Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients:

2 - 11 ounce bags of white chocolate chips
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
2 cups salted cashews
1 – 10 ounce bag of mini marshmallows
5 cups rice crispy cereal

Method:

1. In a double boiler, or microwave, melt chocolate chips and peanut
butter until smooth. I start by melting the white chocolate and then
adding peanut
butter.
2. Mix the white chocolate peanut butter mixture with the cashews and
rice crispy cereal.
3. Add the marshmallows (I like to add these after the cashews and
cereal so that they do not start to melt).
4. Using a teaspoon or scoop, drop mixture on a wax paper lined baking
sheet or wax paper lined counter. You can make them any size that you want.
5. Store in airtight container.
