1 c. rice
1 T. parsley
? can milk
? can white wine
12-15 pieces of chicken
Combine canned soups, rice, parsley, milk, wine and rice in a bowl. Pour mixture into the bottom of a Pyrex dish (standard 9? x 13? dish). Place chicken pieces on top of the rice, skin side up. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for two hours ? no peeking! Serve with your favorite vegetable or salad. Yummmmmyyy!!
