3 large eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup whole milk
4 cups cubed bread
1Preheat oven to 350°. Combine eggs, sugar, pineapple, butter and milk; add bread cubes and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 160°, 30 to 35 minutes . Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
My deliciously different dressing goes well with turkey or ham. It's also good for dessert with a little cream poured over the top!
