Orange Cake

Ingredients:

1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding
1 cup orange juice
? cup vegetable oil?
? cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Method:

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Mix 1 minute at low speed then on medium for 2 minutes.
Pour into a prepared bundt pan.
Bake @ 350 F or 180 C for 45 to 47 minutes.
Cool cake for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
Cool for another 30 minutes before putting on the glaze.
Glaze:
1 cup confectioner?s sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tsp. Orange zest
Mix together then put on cake. This glaze will not cover the entire cake. It is loose so and will drip down the sides of the cake. This is what you want it to do.

Helpful Hints:

Kay?s note:
You can make this cake with cake mix that does not have pudding in the mix. It will turn out very light and will be a chiffon cake.
If you use the mix with the pudding it will be heavier, more like a pound cake.
