2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Optional: orange slices and minced fresh parsley
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until cranberries start to burst and mixture thickens, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, garnish with orange slices, additional chopped walnuts and minced parsley.
