Pacific Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
For Cucumber Sauce
1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Method:

Combine ingredients except cucumber sauce; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
For Cucumber Sauce, combine ingredients; mix well.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
