5 or 6 large potatoes washed, peeled, and thinly sliced
2 or 3 cans or Cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1 to 1.5 LB. diced ham
Grease inside of crock with Pam or Olive Oil. Place potatoes in on the bottom. Pour cheese evenly over potatoes. Cover the cheese with your ham and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. If possible, stir well half way through cooking time.
