2 (16 ounce) cans cocktail peanuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons butter or oleo
1 (12 ounce) package Reeses peanut butter chips
1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows


Pour 1 can of peanuts into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Melt chips, butter and marshmallows in double boiler. Add milk and heat through.
Pour mixture over nuts. Spread remaining nuts over top and pat down.
Chill and cut into squares.
