Peach Blueberry Cobbler

2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
1 cup blueberries
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup butter, softened


1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes; stir in fruit. Pour into a 2-qt. baking dish.
2. For topping, in a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture. Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
