Peanut Butter Pie


3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 - 9-inch pie crust, unbaked


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored;
gradually add sugar and continue beating until slightly thickened. Add
corn syrup in a thin stream, beating continuously. Add peanut butter and
mix just until blended. Pour into crust and bake until filling is set,
approximately one hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
