Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup corn syrup or maple syrup
? cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 and ? cup pecans
9-inch pie crust

Method:

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean. Allow to cool.
