1 (4 ounce) can Underwood Deviled Ham
2 English muffins, split, toasted
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
2 slices Mozzarella cheese, halved
Spread deviled ham on each toasted muffin half. In small bowl, beat eggs with water. In medium skillet, melt butter: add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set. Spoon eggs over muffins. Top with spaghetti sauce. Place 1/2 slice of cheese over sauce. Broil 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Makes 4 servings.
