Pork Chop Casserole


4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup uncooked rice
1-1/2 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
1 can sliced mushrooms


Season pork chops with salt & Pepper. Brown pork chops. Mix rice, water,
mushroom soup & mushrooms. Place in bottom of a baking dish. Place browned pork chops on top of rice. Pour cheese soup over pork chops. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
