Pork Chops With Stuffing

1 cans Golden mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 16 ounce frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrot blend)
1 Tablespoon margarine
4 cups cubed herb stuffing mix
6 pork chops


In large hot skillet, sprinkled with salt, cook pork chops 2 minutes per
side. set aside In large microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup soup, 1/4 cup water, and margarine with frozen vegetables. Cook on high for 3 minutes. To bowl, add stuffing mix, and mix lightly. Spoon into greased 3 qt. casserole dish. Arrange chops on stuffing. Mix together remaining soup and water, and spoon over chops. Bake at 375
degrees for 40 minutes.
