Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon

2 lbs. salmon filets (do not use steaks)
? lb. prosciutto
1 lb. mushrooms
olive oil
? cups white wine


Wash, slice mushrooms. Saute in a bit of oil. Remove from pan.
Wrap salmon filets in prociutto. Place in frying pan with some oil and cook until done. This will take about 5-7 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the salmon. Return mushrooms to the pan and pour wine over the salmon and mushrooms. Heat through.
Serves 4.
