Quick Chicken and Wine


1 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tablespoons salad oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 Cup white wine


chopped parsley Saut? onion in oil until transparent ( 2 or 3 minutes not brown). Add chicken pieces and brown lightly. Add salt, pepper, oregano and wine. Then cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Helpful Hints:

This is good served with thin spaghetti and a salad.
