Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh rhubarb
3/4 cup. sugar
3/4 cup. water

Method:

Cut rhubarb into 1-inch pieces. Place in pan with sugar
and water. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Serve chilled.
