Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients:

1 15 oz. can salmon
2 eggs
1 small Cheesits Parmesan crackers
2 scallions, finely chopped
handful of parsley
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tblsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste.

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Bake in oven or sauté in a little
olive oil (doesn't matter/according to YOUR taste) until browned and crispy.
