Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 pound hot sausage
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups baking mix
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Method:

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on
ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 15 to 20
minutes. Drain and serve. Makes about 3 dozen.
