Sausages, Baked With Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, not peeled, but washed, cut in halves
16 small sausages

Method:

Place potatoes in roasting pan and bake them for about 15 minutes in moderate oven. At this
time the potatoes become a little tender. With a spoon press the middle of the potatoes slightly to form a small cavity. In each cavity place 2 sausages.
Put potatoes back into the oven and finish baking about 10 minutes. The juice and fat which drip from the sausages soak into the potatoes and give a pleasant
flavor to the potato pulp.
