Sesame Dressing 2

3 tablespoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil


1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Helpful Hints:

The perfect dressing for Asian-style salads, grilled meats, poultry and seafood.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
