Sesame Scallion dressing

2 tblsp. Soy sauce
2 teas. Sesame oil
1 teas. Sugar
2 minced svcallions
6 ounces vinegar
4 ounces rice wine
2 ounces apple juice


Put in a container, shake well and refrigerate for a few hours before using. Store in refrigerator
