Shrimp Casserole


3 cups rice, barely cooked
2-1/2 lbs. raw peeled shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cup grated cheese


Saut? celery, onion, & bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients except
grated cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
