1 package toffee bits
1 can condensed milk
1 box ritz crackers
1 package miniature chocolate chips
Chop up crackers with blender or place in a gallon size plastic bag, making sure to take out all of the air, and mash until fine crumbs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a cookie sheet (9 X 13) with parchment paper
Spray lightly with Pam or cooking oil spray
Mix toffee, milk, and ritz crackers together.
Spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Top with mini chips making sure to spread them across the entire cookie mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then place pan in refrigerator to cool even more.
After about an hour remove from refrigerator and break into pieces.
