Helpful Hints:

This recipe freezes very well. To freeze, transfer cooled sloppy joe mixture to airtight freezer containers. Freeze for up to 6 months. When ready to use, remove from freezer and thaw in the refrigerator.
Sloppy Joes are easy to reheat on the stovetop or in the slow cooker. To reheat on the stovetop, transfer them to a saucepan and heat on medium until fully heated through. To reheat in the slow cooker, turn it to either low or high heat (depending on your time frame) and heat accordingly.
